The MVP waitlist is closed. Here's what replaced it.
We closed the Lytus C.O.R.E MVP waitlist. Here's the honest reason why — and what the new offer actually looks like. The Signal Gameplan is free. The 90-Day Challenge is how you get in.
TL;DR
- The MVP waitlist is closed. It created friction that hurt conversion more than it helped qualification.
- Every visitor now gets a free personalised Signal Gameplan — 2 minutes, no card, a real PDF emailed immediately.
- The 90-Day Challenge ($1,799) is how you get full C.O.R.E access — complete 18 actions in 90 days and earn $1,800 back in credits.
- Standard access remains $800/month after the Challenge period.
- Existing MVP members: nothing changes. Your pricing and access stays.
When I launched the Lytus C.O.R.E MVP in March 2026, I set up a waitlist. 150 spots. $50–$100 first month via promo code. The logic made sense at the time: limit access, build slowly, learn from a small group.
But I kept running into the same problem.
People would fill out the form, get excited, then wait. Sometimes for days. By the time I reviewed their application, approved them, sent the promo code, and they finally got into the platform — the momentum was gone. What should have been a clean "I want this, I'm in" moment turned into a week-long friction marathon.
That's not a funnel. That's a leaky bucket.
The real problem with the waitlist
The waitlist forced me to act as a human bottleneck in my own funnel. Every application needed reviewing. Every approval needed a promo code. Every promo code needed a Paystack workflow. And the people most likely to actually use C.O.R.E — busy business owners with real outreach problems — are exactly the people who lose interest fastest when they have to wait three days for an email.
The waitlist was protecting the wrong thing. I was protecting my inbox at the cost of my conversion.
There's also a more uncomfortable truth: a $75 trial with a promo code attracts people who want to try something at low cost. That's fine. But it doesn't attract people who are committed to doing the work. And C.O.R.E only works if you work it — configure your avatar properly, review your alerts, follow up on opportunities. A $75 trial doesn't filter for that. A $1,799 commitment does.
What we built instead
Starting today, there are two ways to engage with Lytus C.O.R.E. No application. No promo codes. No waiting.
Step 1: Your free Signal Gameplan
Fill in two minutes of information — what you sell, your deal size, how many leads you close a month. We map your answers to one of four outreach stages based on the $100M Scaling Roadmap framework, generate a personalised PDF, and email it to you immediately.
The PDF tells you exactly where you are in your outreach journey, what's actually blocking you at this stage, what to do next for free without buying anything, and where C.O.R.E fits — if it fits. No sales pitch embedded in it. Just useful.
Step 2: The 90-Day Revenue Window Challenge
One payment: $1,799. Full C.O.R.E access for 90 days, 3 strategy calls directly with me, and the complete resource library. Complete 18 trackable actions in 90 days — reviewing alerts, contacting high-score opportunities, attending the strategy calls — and earn $150/month credit for 12 consecutive months. That's $1,800 back.
You either get results and credit, or you get accountability and a playbook. Either way, you're not just handing over money and hoping.
After 90 days, standard access is $800/month.
Why this structure makes more sense
The Hormozi insight that changed my thinking: you can't control whether someone closes a deal. You can control whether they follow the system. The Challenge filters for the people who will follow it. Those are the people who get results. Those are the people who become long-term customers.
The Signal Gameplan solves a different problem. Most people who land on a SaaS product page have no idea where they actually are in their journey. They don't know if they need a lead tool or a sales coach or better copy. The Gameplan tells them honestly — and it earns trust before asking for money.
What happens to existing MVP members
Nothing changes. Your subscription continues. Your pricing stays. You still have direct access to me.
You're the people who helped me figure out what C.O.R.E needed to be. I owe you for that.
The honest version of where we are
C.O.R.E works. The signal engine runs every 2–6 hours. Leads are being found, scored, enriched. Outreach is being sent. Some of it is closing. Is it perfect? No. Are there edge cases? Yes. But the core idea — that timing is the real bottleneck in outreach, and that monitoring public signals can surface the right moment — that's right. I know it's right because I've watched it work.
The new offer is designed to give you a way to test that idea without risk, and a way to commit to it if you believe it. Start with your free Signal Gameplan. See where you actually are. Then decide.
