1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lytus C.O.R.E ("the Service") at outreach.lytus.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users including Signal Gameplan recipients, 90-Day Challenge participants, and standard subscribers. By signing up for a Signal Gameplan or activating a subscription, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.

Lytus AI ("Lytus," "we," "us") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

To use Lytus C.O.R.E, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be using the Service for legitimate B2B business purposes
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Have completed signup and activated a subscription (either the 90-Day Challenge or Standard plan)

We reserve the right to reject applications or terminate accounts at our discretion, including where we determine the Service is being used for purposes inconsistent with these Terms.

3. What C.O.R.E Does and Doesn't Do

3.1 What the Service Does

C.O.R.E monitors publicly available digital signals — including job postings, funding announcements, business news, public review platforms, and company websites — to surface buying intent indicators for B2B businesses.

All data collected by C.O.R.E comes from publicly accessible, indexable sources. We do not access private profiles, private social media content, or any data that requires authentication to view.

3.2 What the Service Does Not Do

  • C.O.R.E does not send messages, emails, or DMs on your behalf without your explicit action.
  • C.O.R.E does not guarantee specific numbers of leads, responses, or revenue outcomes.
  • C.O.R.E does not access private LinkedIn profiles, private social media accounts, or any non-public data.
  • C.O.R.E does not replace human judgment — outreach decisions remain yours entirely.

3.3 No Guarantee of Results

The Service surfaces buying signals and opportunities based on public data. The quality, relevance, and conversion rate of those opportunities depends on your market, your offer, and your follow-through. Lytus makes no guarantee of specific revenue outcomes, lead volumes, or response rates.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all outreach you conduct using information surfaced by C.O.R.E.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and any local regulations governing commercial communications.
  • You must not use C.O.R.E to harass, spam, or contact individuals who have requested not to be contacted.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of leads complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Lytus C.O.R.E to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk commercial messages (spam)
  • Conduct competitor intelligence gathering for resale to third parties
  • Scrape, extract, or republish data from the platform for purposes outside your own outreach
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the C.O.R.E system or its signal detection methodology
  • Use the platform in any way that violates LinkedIn's, or any other platform's, terms of service
  • Share your account access with third parties
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

Violation of prohibited use policies may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Pricing and Billing

6.1 90-Day Revenue Window Challenge

The 90-Day Challenge is a one-time payment of $1,799 that includes 3 months of full C.O.R.E access, 3 strategy calls with the founder, and access to all bonus materials. If you complete all 18 trackable actions within 90 days, you earn $150/month credit toward your future subscription for 12 consecutive months — a total of $1,800 in credit returned to you.

6.2 Standard Subscription

Standard C.O.R.E access is $800/month, billed monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions receive a discount (equivalent to roughly one month free). Standard pricing is subject to change with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6.3 Challenge Credits Application

Credits earned from completing the 90-Day Challenge are applied automatically at each monthly billing cycle on any active standard subscription, reducing your monthly charge by $150 for 12 consecutive months. Credits are non-transferable, non-cash, and expire if the subscription is cancelled.

6.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed via Paystack. By providing payment details, you authorise Paystack to charge the applicable amount. A processing fee of approximately 3.8% is added to cover payment processing costs — this is disclosed transparently at checkout.

6.5 Billing Cycle

The 90-Day Challenge is a one-time payment. Standard subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the cycle chosen at activation. Annual subscriptions are charged in full upfront. Monthly subscriptions renew on the same date each month.

6.6 Add-ons

Additional campaign slots are available as add-ons at $75/slot/month or $900/slot/year. Email credits beyond the included 10,000 may be purchased in Settings. All add-ons are subject to the same billing cycle and cancellation terms as the primary subscription.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your standard subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until that date.

The 90-Day Challenge is a one-time payment and does not auto-renew. However, if you wish to exit the Challenge before the 90 days are complete and before earning credits, contact us at support@lytus.co within the first 14 days for a partial refund assessment.

7.2 Refund Policy

Lytus does not offer cash refunds on standard subscriptions. This is a subscription service for access to a live intelligence system. Once a billing period has begun and you have had access to the platform, that period is non-refundable.

However, we stand behind our service. If C.O.R.E has not surfaced a single qualified signal matching your avatar within your first 30 days of active use, email support@lytus.co. We will personally review your setup and continue working until we deliver, at no additional charge.

If you are genuinely dissatisfied and we cannot resolve the issue, we will consider credit toward future months on a case-by-case basis.

7.3 Account Termination by Lytus

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you violate these Terms — particularly the Prohibited Uses in Section 5. In cases of good-faith disputes, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond before termination.

7.4 "Call Us Out" Commitment

If C.O.R.E fails to surface a single qualified buying signal matching your configured avatar within 30 days of active use, you may document our failure and notify us at support@lytus.co. We take this seriously and will respond personally.

This commitment applies only where all of the following are true:

  • Your avatar was correctly configured with a real, specific ICP (not blank or overly broad)
  • You actively used the platform during the 30-day period
  • The system genuinely failed to detect signals — not that signals were detected but did not convert to closed deals
  • The failure was not caused by factors outside our control (e.g. a highly niche market with no public signal activity)

For full clarity: this commitment covers signal delivery — not sales outcomes. C.O.R.E surfaces buying opportunities based on public data. Whether those opportunities convert to revenue depends on your offer, your outreach, and your market — all of which are entirely outside our control and explicitly excluded from any guarantee under Section 9.

8. Intellectual Property

C.O.R.E, its signal detection methodology, scoring algorithms, AI systems, and all associated software are the intellectual property of Lytus AI Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or licence to copy, replicate, or redistribute any part of the platform.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload (avatar profiles, email templates, campaign settings). By using the Service, you grant Lytus a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by Lytus to improve the platform without obligation to compensate you.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." LYTUS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals surfaced will result in closed deals. The intelligence provided is based on publicly available data which may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

Results from using C.O.R.E depend on your market, your offer, your pricing, and your sales ability. We are not responsible for your ability to close the opportunities we surface.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LYTUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LYTUS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LYTUS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will email active subscribers at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not accept updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction in which Lytus AI is registered.
